Greeting & Identity: "Hi [Lead Name], this is [Your Name] from [Your Company Name]."
Permission/Reference (If Applicable): "I'm calling because you recently [downloaded our whitepaper on X / expressed interest in Y / filled out our form on Z]." OR "I noticed you [job role/company challenge relevant to your solution]."
Brief Purpose: "I'm calling to briefly discuss how [Your Company] helps businesses like yours [achieve specific benefit]." OR "I just wanted to see if what we do might be a good fit for you."
Permission to Continue (Crucial): "Do you have 2-3 minutes to chat now?" / "Is this a good time for a quick 2-minute conversation?"
If NO: "No problem at all. When would be a better time for me to call back?" (Suggest specific times). OR "Can I send you a quick email with more info and we can connect later?"
If YES, proceed.
II. Discovery & Qualification (Asking BANT Questions - Listen Actively!)

A. Need/Pain Point (N):

"What initiated your interest in [your solution type/problem area]?"

C. Authority (A):
"Who else on your team would typically be involved in a decision like this?"
"Are you the primary decision-maker for [solution type]?"
"What does the decision-making process typically look like for new tools/solutions?"
D. Timeline (T):
"When are you looking to have a solution in place?"
"What's your timeline for evaluating new options?"
"Are you looking to implement something in the next 30 days, 60-90 days, or further out?"
