Monitor Active Sessions Regularly:
Go to Settings > Devices (or Active Sessions) regularly.
Review all active logins. If any unfamiliar devices or locations are listed, immediately terminate those sessions.
This helps detect and mitigate unauthorized access.
Device Security:
The device used to manage the primary business Telegram account (especially if it receives the SMS codes) must be highly secured with strong passcodes/biometrics and kept free of malware.
Limit physical access to this device.
4. Managing Access and Responsibilities
Limited Access to the Primary Number: Only telegram number database a very limited number of trusted personnel should have access to the virtual number account or the physical SIM card associated with the Telegram business account.
Centralized Management: Ideally, the dedicated phone number and its verification methods should be managed centrally (e.g., by the IT or marketing department) rather than individual employees.
Delegated Roles for Channels/Groups:
For Telegram Channels, multiple administrators can be added without needing to share the primary business account credentials. Assign roles with specific permissions (e.g., "Post Messages," "Edit Info," "Add Subscribers").
For Groups, use granular admin permissions to control who can manage the group, add members, or post messages, reducing the need for many people to log in as the main account.
