Check your internet/network signal:

Make sure your phone has good cellular reception to receive SMS or calls, or a stable internet connection for in-app codes.
Restart your device: Sometimes a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.
Disable SMS blocking/filtering: Check your phone's message settings for any spam filters or blocking features that might prevent codes from unknown numbers.
Wait and retry: Avoid requesting too many codes too quickly. Telegram might temporarily block attempts if there are too many in a short period. Wait a few minutes before requesting a new one.
Try Telegram Web/Desktop: If you're having trouble with the mobile app, try logging in via web.telegram.org or the Telegram Desktop app on a computer, as this might trigger a different delivery method or resolve app-specific glitches.
VPN: In some regions where Telegram is restricted, you might need a VPN to receive the code.
Reinstall Telegram: As a last resort for app-related glitches, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the Telegram app.
2. Getting a Two-Step Verification (2FA) Code/Password
If you have enabled Two-Step Verification (also known as Cloud Password or 2FA) for your Telegram account, you'll need to enter an additional password after you've entered the initial login/verification code.

How to get it: This is a password you set yourself. Telegram telegram number database does not send this to you via SMS. You must remember this password.
Forgot 2FA Password? If you forget it, you might be able to recover it via a recovery email you linked to your 2FA setup.
On the 2FA password screen, look for a "Forgot Password?" or "Forgot your password?" option.
Follow the prompts to send a recovery code to your designated recovery email address.
Important: If you don't have a recovery email set, or can't access it, recovering your account with 2FA enabled can be very difficult and might involve account self-destruction after a waiting period.
