The Casa del Libro bookstore has developed a magnificent promotion: the book of the summer .

Summer is a time for reading and an important time for book consumption. And Casa del Libro's marketing department has tried to leverage a widespread concept in music to bring it to the publishing world.

With support at the point of sale, campaigns in the ADN newspaper, and web support—which we developed at Ideup—the campaign allows readers to vote for the book of the summer from among 10 titles chosen by 10 different publishers . No jury. No critics. Just popular voting via the web and SMS.

On the website, you can comment on each title, download the first email database chapter, and view the voting progress (anonymously).

The winning book will be published on July 16, and entrants will be given prizes such as a trip to Italy and three double passes with 100 movie tickets for a whole year.

We launched it last week, and with the support of the physical channel, press releases, and the newspaper, it's doing brilliantly. You can see the reviews for each book—which we haven't numbered so as not to reveal which one is having the most success—to give you an idea of ​​the engagement.
