Below is a breakdown of the most commonly used adjectives in the reviews we analyzed:

Based on these results, we can deduce that customers are more likely to leave a review based on positive experiences, rather than negative ones.

Since approximately 91% of people read reviews and 84% trust them as much as a personal recommendation from a friend , encouraging your happy customers to leave reviews could have a dramatic positive impact not only on your visibility, but potentially on conversions as well.

Distance
When analyzing the impact of distance on the Local Pack results for desktop, we list of laos consumer email found very similar results to those of Google Maps.

70% of results fell within a 2-mile radius , 22% fell between 2 and 10 miles, and a further 6% fell between 10 and 50 miles from our location (another similarity: our most distant result was more than 300 miles away, in Canada).

When we analyzed the median distance by category, we found, once again, that users were willing to travel much further for some categories (most notably Automotive) than others.
