In order to increase your quality score, you need to have your site properly evaluated by Google's crawlers, but unless your SEO strategies are properly implemented, your site will not be rated as high quality.

If the crawler does not evaluate the page correctly, your ad may not be displayed when someone searches for keywords related to that page.

Therefore, in order to use Dynamic Search Ads (DSA) to improve your ranking, you should work on SEO.
