Click on the '+ SCHEDULE' button and choose a frequency for the upload (I suggest 6 hours), the source of the file (I suggest csv on http/https or ftp) and finally the feed url. Click on 'Save' to save the schedule. The system will update the data in Google AdWords by taking the information contained in the feed at the url you indicated, and will do so respecting the frequency you indicated.
Of course, your programmer must ensure that the feed at the URL you indicate in AdWords is constantly updated with the URLs of the products to promote, along with the labels you choose to use.
3. Create the campaign
Once you have created and uploaded the feed to the shared library, we can the benefits of using our teacher database proceed with creating the dynamic search campaign . Let's go!
From the 'Campaigns' tab , click on '+CAMPAIGN' and select 'Search Network Only' to access the new campaign configuration. Give the campaign a name and select 'Dynamic Search Ads' . Once this is done, enter the website in the format 'yoursite.com' (so without www and initial http).
For 'Targeting source' , select 'Only use URLs from my page feed' and click the arrow to the right of the feed (created earlier) that you want to connect to the campaign. Set the language , locations , bidding mode and daily budget , just like you would in a regular search campaign.
How to create a dynamic campaign on the Adwords search network
Click the 'Save and Continue' button at the bottom of the page to proceed with creating your first ad group.
As mentioned before, within the ad groups of dynamic search campaigns, we cannot insert keywords but we can choose as 'target' some content present on our website . In this case, we were the ones who indicated to Google (via the feed) the pages to which the ads should point. Furthermore, within the feed we specified custom labels for each url.
