Many "About the Company" texts are strewn with cliches and spoiled by formalism. Let's look at these main mistakes and their impact on the company's regression:

#1: Corporate Stamps
Corporate cliches are set phrases that are used by everyone all the time, and that's why their meaning is lost. We have expanded our sales geography Since 2000, we have opened regional representative offices of the company in 20 Russian cities.
We are a young, dynamically developing company. Our company was founded in 2015. Initially, the staff consisted of 3 employees and operated only one client. By 2020, we increased the number of employees to 50, we have more than 50 successful projects in our arsenal and the same number is in the active development stage
#2: Formalism
Text that is created and included in the structure of a site only to fill the gaps on the page is formal. There are several criteria that determine the percentage of formalism in what is written:

it does not take into account the needs of the consumer, the text is of a broad scope;

the specifics of the business to which the firm belongs are not presented;

there is no clear justification for why this particular product or service will be useful to consumers;

the text is written with excessive use of official words;

After reading, the client does not have a conscious understanding of the company's work and does not have confidence in this enterprise.


The text should be written with a clear understanding of the portraits of the target audience, as if you were telling them everything right now. Take a peek at what competitors have come up with something original to attract attention, borrow it with some changes.
