The Revival of Corporate Culture

Post by asimd23 »

Until just under three months ago, the majority of communications and human resources departments, and with them the majority of companies, had put the topics of “New Normal” and “New Work” on the back burner.

And today? Still in the midst of crisis mode, the active india rcs data communications and HR departments are asking employees about their experiences of the crisis: How is working from home working? Was the office space optimally set up? What was the biggest challenge? How did the technology work? And then, much more courageously - because it raises expectations: Do you want to continue working from home in the future?

New Work is currently experiencing a super boost. And it seems as if this super boost, with a few exceptions, has also produced a "New Easy". Children crashing the video conference with the department head or the sudden insight into someone else's four walls have brought a positive sense of ease to the otherwise tense overall situation.
