The Swiss Post is at the forefront of the digital hype. Delivery robots, drones, self-driving postal vans - one announcement follows the other. In this highly mass-market business, the capacity of these vessels is ridiculously small. the fact that Swiss Post Solutions, the business unit that offers "solutions for digital transformation", is plodding along. In 2009, its turnover was 696 million francs; seven years later, it is 556 million francs.
