Digital fingerprint analysis allows for identification of both entire documents and partial matches, for example, after modification of the original document. Thus, digital fingerprints make it possible to reliably identify classified files by their contents, despite possible distortions and changes caused by the addition of irrelevant information or “noise”, such as individual characters, insignificant words, etc.
