In essence, the customer completely transfers to us the function of protection against internal threats: information leaks, corporate fraud, violations of regulations, etc. This works like accounting or IT services. Our analyst becomes a "freelance" information security specialist for the customer. His responsibilities include daily monitoring of the situation in the company, identifying incidents and responding to them, regular reports on violations. At the same time, the customer receives the result conveniently and simply, he does not need to delve into the intricacies of information security.
There are over 200,000 small organizations in Russia, and the belarus mobile database for protection against information security risks is suitable for them. But our resources are obviously not enough to cover such a number of customers. So, we need a partner network. So we had the idea to launch our own franchise.

Therefore, we train the partner's information security analysts, transfer all the methods, provide marketing and expert support, and help in working with the first customers. In the first 3-4 months, we help partners: our analysts work as a second line, training specialists in practice.
In a short time, the partner receives a "packaged" business for information security outsourcing. If he already has his own client base, then first of all it is worth offering the service to them, and then to organizations in his city and region, these are hundreds of potential customers.
