So, you can use the Settings app to get to the advanced recovery options. There is a special setting here to boot into these options. In case you can’t boot your system, you can try starting it and shutting it down when it’s on the Windows screen or your device manufacturer’s logo. Do this twice and you’ll boot into the “Your PC couldn’t start correctly” screen . Press Esc or select “Advanced options” on this screen.
