If competition in the neighborhood is strong, invest in more advanced tactics like acquiring local link-ups , creating more targeted hyperlocal content, using Google Posts to highlight neighborhood-based content, and managing Google Q&A to outrank slower competitors.
*Note that if you are marketing a multi-location enterprise, you will need to do this for each location so that it ranks well at the hyperlocal level.


Scenario

As we’ve covered, Google will often customize these packs based on the searcher’s physical location, but a business that becomes authoritative enough can often rank across the entire city for multiple search phrases and search locations.
