The first, I repeat briefly,

Post by jrineakter »

The second rule, I want it to be enjoyable, yes, because it's not super easy to get up every day at 6am especially when I could happily get up at 7:30am to start my day, I'm lucky to be 100% flexible and to choose my time to get up, choose my tasks, to organize my days as I wish. Since I leave for the office rather late, I could easily get up at 7:30am. To do it well, this routine has to be enjoyable. Simple, enjoyable, and without any distractions. That's also a big key because it's a shame to get up early, earlier than you should, and spend time on your smartphone, on Facebook, Instagram, or answering emails. So, I don't want any distractions.

Three simple rules, three clear rules. is to have a simple routine. The second is to have a pleasant routine. And the third is to have a routine without distraction.

So, taking all this into account, I slightly modified my routine and here is what it currently looks like. Again, it may have to change. From 6am to 6:30am, I get up. My alarm goes off at 6am. The denmark whatsapp number data more it goes on, the easier it is for me to get up. On the weekends, I try to get up at 7am unless I go to bed later. Obviously, if I go to bed late, if we are invited to friends' houses, I will adjust my wake-up time. But in general, I like to get up at 7am on the weekend so as not to shift my wake-up time too much between the weekend and the week and to maintain stability.

So, I get up at 6am, I go to the bathroom, I drink water, I do a couple of things and I do a little over 20 minutes of trampolining and stretching, that is to say I jump on my trampoline doing different exercises and I do stretches. So that allows me to start the day and be physically ready. I love the trampoline, really. I've been doing it every day for years, but it gives me energy, it gives me a lot of energy, it wakes me up completely and it allows me to be a little out of breath but not too much. It doesn't damage my joints and it strengthens my legs. I really recommend the trampoline. So, I do that and it's 6:30am, the time really between getting out of bed and being done, about 6:30am, sometimes 6:35am.

Then, this is quite new, what I do from 6:30 to 7 a.m., for 30 minutes, is that I read and I try to read, to have an applied reading, applied learning, where I now take… Before, I highlighted etc. but now, I try to create action cards where I will directly extract the actions from the book. Often, I underlined, I left the book. So, I reread it a little later, but sometimes I took a long time to apply what I read. There, I hope that the action cards… since it is only a test that seems to work because I manage to apply what I learn, but sometimes it is more complex. The action cards are there to help me apply more easily.
