Government agencies respond more quickly to citizens' requests

Post by monira444 »

A traditional problem in government communications is formalism in responses to citizens' requests or complaints. This situation is gradually changing, officials are learning to speak to the population in a clear language without bureaucratic turns of phrase and standard references to laws.

People actively write some requests or complaints on the pages of government bodies. And when the government responds to them within a few hours, we see a fairly positive response from the population. For example, Federal Law No. 59 says that the government has a whole month to remove garbage from containers that are in the yard. But thanks to a new approach to handling requests, the response time to them is reduced to several hours.

Big business is less involved in election campaigns
Mediasreda experts also noted another noticeable trend in uruguay mobile database political PR: large corporations have sharply reduced their participation in election campaigns.

I remember the epic battle in Krasnoyarsk Krai in 2002 between Uss and Khloponin, when the total budget of the election campaign for the first time in Russian history was $100 million per region. This has never happened again. Now corporations have been pushed out of the election process, and, accordingly, competition has decreased.

The number of unreliable data is growing
The next challenge for political PR, which was discussed a lot on Mediasreda, is fakes.

There are two major tasks for state PR specialists in this area. On the one hand, this is the fight against unreliable information, and on the other, this is the formation of skills in the population to perceive fake information. That is, it is necessary to teach people to determine from which sources they can get information, what information they can trust. The fact-checking project of ANO Dialogue Regions "Lapsha Media" is one of the tools for cultivating critical thinking and attracting people to verify information.
