Using a banking app

If payment for electricity is made using a separate payment document, some banks may charge a commission. It is most advantageous to pay for electricity via the SBP on the website of the electricity supplier (for Moscow and the Moscow region, the main supplier is AO Mosenergosbyt). To pay, you need to log in to the website , enter the meter readings (if they were not transmitted automatically) and select the "payment via SBP" option. The website will issue a QR code for payment, which must be scanned using the banking application.
The Mosenergosbyt website also offers the opportunity to top up your personal account with any amount, in which case the money will be automatically debited every month based on the actual consumption of electricity.
Using the State Services portal

The State Information System for Housing and Public Utilities allows users to pay their bills online or via the State Services Dom mobile app. To pay, you must log in, go to your personal account and select payment for housing and public utilities using your personal account.
