AITOM changes CEO

Post by suchona.kani.z »

Although we have experienced many successes in these 12 years at AITOM , we have also gone through periods full of disappointments and losses. But we never gave up and fought hard not only for the company as such, but above all for the people who believe in AITOM – our colleagues, partners and customers. And above all, thanks to all these people, I can say with a clear conscience that we have managed to build a company that is currently in excellent shape and of which we can be justifiably proud.

When we started the agency, we had only a few competitors and it was a very interesting market in terms of potential. At the beginning, we added a few individuals to our cooperation, then we added more collaborators. Today, there are over 25 of us and we help hundreds of Czech and foreign companies in the online environment.

Choosing a new CEO requires humility
As we all know, many growing companies have someone other than the overseas chinese in uk data founder as their CEO. The owner is always looking for people who are more capable than him in some ways and who can help the company achieve goals that he would be slow to achieve himself.

Our own website also won WebTop100

Finding a new CEO is no easy task, and I must admit that I have never been able to imagine anyone other than myself as CEO. Why? When you spend 12 years building a company that you have invested a large part of your life into, the idea of a failed handover is a nightmare.

Over the past two years, I have talked to many people about this idea. Many companies have succeeded, and many owners of smaller companies do not believe that it can succeed. I set myself the challenge of finding the right person to lead AITOM. It is true that I was not actively looking for a new CEO and I could not even imagine announcing a selection procedure for such a position. If I were to hand over the company, it would only be to someone who respects the same life values as I do and who I can trust 100% - both in who he is and in how responsibly he would accept the new role.
