The application allows customers to rate the service in real time , their comments are immediately displayed directly to the owner or the relevant manager, and you can respond to them directly. Customers can not only rate the approach of a specific employee, but they can also point out shortcomings directly in the establishment, suggest improvements, or simply comment on the services in any way.

You need to register for the application, so each rating, unlike ratings on social networks, where this may not be the case so often, comes from a real person . The application was created in Slovakia and is very popular. In 2014, it won the StartupAwards.SK competition . In our country, the application has already been broadcast on television:
