It is paid to unemployed legal representatives of the child:
taking into account the need criteria, if children were born in 2023 and after;
without it – if born before 2023.
The amount of the benefit for each child under one and a half hungary mobile database years old is 40% of the average earnings of the legal representative over the past 2 years. At the same time, there is a minimum and maximum value - from February 1, 2023, these are 8,591.47 rubles and 33,281.80 rubles, respectively. Please note that the amount of the payment is constantly indexed.
Please note: if two or more children under 1.5 years of age live in one family, the benefit is paid for each of them.

Currently, families with low incomes can apply for child care benefits for children aged 1.5 years and older. However, a number of conditions must be met. In particular, the family must have a low income. The amount of property owned will also be assessed and the "zero income rule" will be applied - according to it, each able-bodied family member must have a confirmed income, or a valid reason for the absence of the latter.
