When prosumers are in the pre-purchase stages—such as the consideration stage—they research and compare various options before making a decision. If a prosumer receives a product and it doesn't meet their expectations, they won't hesitate to contact the company to file a complaint.
You have the tools to produce content. Virtually everyone today has the means to produce content. It's probably safe to say, in fact, that we are in the "age of the prosumer."
