The goal. The goal: Sell to them by helping them decide. By providing them with some breadcrumbs that lead to purchases, such as other people who have purchased the same product as well as products similar to the one they are currently looking at, these customers will be happy to simply click and think about what they might buy next.

These people don't need much help figuring out what they want; it's more about giving them a nudge in the right direction. If you can grab their attention and convince them to consider an offer, they might make the purchase.

If they leave without making a purchase, don’t be discouraged. Encourage them to leave you their email and build a relationship with them with an email campaign.

The undecided customer will need some help deciding what to buy. They often have an endless list of requirements and ask questions like "What color is best?" or "What size do you recommend?"

To keep them happy, it might be worth creating a wishlist-type section where they can save all their favorite products to view and make decisions later, and offer different filters to narrow down the product selection by type.

They are usually very happy if they can cross that one more thing off their list. You have not only sold someone something, but you have also relieved some stress! It is much more complicated than selling to someone who already knows what they want, but you will have made them happy in exchange for your patience and guidance.
