It's always a good practice to enable 2FA on your Telegram account for maximum security, especially if you anticipate changing phone numbers or if your old number might be reassigned.
This does NOT directly send the shared user's phone number to the bot. The bot only gets their user_id. Whether the bot can then see that user's phone number depends entirely on the shared user's privacy settings (e.g., if they have set "Who can see my phone number?" to "Everybody" or "My Contacts" and the bot's user_id is somehow considered a "contact" or part of a group where the visibility is set to "My Contacts").

Bot's Receipt: The bot receives a Message object with message.chat_shared containing the chat_id and potentially other chat details.
