These settings control what information contacts (and others) can see on your profile.

"Profile Photos": Control who can see your profile pictures (Everybody, My Contacts, Nobody, or custom exceptions).
"Last Seen & Online": Control who can see your last activity status (Everybody, My Contacts, Nobody, or custom exceptions).
"Forwarded Messages": Control whether your name/username links back to your profile when others forward your messages. Setting this to "Nobody" helps prevent your identity from being traced through forwarded content.

6. Managing Your Telegram Contacts List
Adding Contacts:
From a chat: Tap the user's profile and choose "Add telegram number database to Contacts."
Manually: Tap the "new message" icon (usually a pencil or "+" symbol) and then "Add Contact." You can add by phone number or username.
Editing/Deleting Contacts: You can edit the names of contacts or delete them from your Telegram contact list. This usually reflects changes from your device's address book if syncing is enabled.
